Located right next to the Illinois Prairie Path, this is a nice relaxing park to walk, run, bike ride, olay pickleball, volleyball, or just relax.

There is street parking and a small lot next to the pickleball courts.

Also has 2 playgrounds and restrooms.

What An awesome place. A clean park for the kids with a beautiful backdrop of nature. The lake is nice to walk around.

Parking is plentiful and free. This is located right behind Mike Ditka’s restaurant across from Oakbrook Mall.

What a hidden gem!

Located right next to Dallas Love Field, this place is for you if you love planes, military history, or learning about flight.

I took my wife and two kids here and we spent almost 2 hours going through the entire building and exhibits.

Don’t forget to circle the perimeter of the building as they have outside exhibits as well.

And if you have kids, make time to stop by the children’s play area on the first floor.

My kids had a blast climbing up in the makeshift air traffic control tower and playing in the miniature jet.

Interesting zoo to learn from. Because Nashville has warmer weather than Chicago and the north, you get more warm days to enjoy the zoo.

The food places tasted good and just about all of the exhibits were open in mid-November which is winter season.

The zoo offers good angles for photos and movies.
