The nurses in the CCU are absolutely the rudest people. The hospital does not have a CCU waiting room equipped with chairs for the numerous family members that we seen come in and out in a matter of 24 hours. (We traveled 3 hours to get here) When the staff, including the administrative secretary, was asked about additional chairs, we were told there wasn't anymore nor was the hospital responsible for such. All I could do was shake my head and say, "That's so sad!" This hospital is the absolute WORSE FROM ADMINISTRATION TO NURSING! Glad I wasn't the patient and they are not getting my money or insurance money! I would not want to contribute to payroll for this incompetent, uncaring, insensitive CCU staff. There was an Outpatient nurse who was very friendly and our doctor, Dr. L. is very nice and very respectable, but there is ALOT this hospital needs starting with compassionate staff.
