Well this is kind of a funny review, because I went in and looked around, but I decided against drinking a cup of coffee there. Problem is not theirs, but my lack of time to enjoy it properly, and it was too cold for takeout. Not too expensive, but too expensive to rush? Seem to be a nice menu and very comfortable atmosphere, but I didn't check about Wi-Fi. I didn't count properly, but it must be at least 25 seats.
About 40 seats in a spacious layout. Nothing that really struck me as Texan about the atmosphere or the food. The restaurant doesn't have its own Wi-Fi, but there are a couple of signals that seem accessible. As usual these days, I didn't test them.

The steak was good, though I prefer it leaner. I think the variety of salts were supposed to be foreign. Not sure how the chicken was prepared, but I liked the flavor. The rest of it seemed pretty Japanese, but okay. I feel like I'm pushing a bit even to call it a weak four stars.

If one of the menu pictures is sideways, then there was nothing I could do to fix it.
Gallery Cafe ino

Only four tables with eight chairs facing the tracks. The gallery part must refer to all the paintings on the walls, though actually I think they're silkscreen prints. A few of them look more like woodblock prints, however. Quiet music from the other room, but no Wi-Fi or charging. Seems to have a strong signal for raccoon mobile, it's no problem for studying.

Coffee is pretty average. She called them beans but they're actually costed peanuts. Nice enough atmosphere for a high four stars.

Google Maps directions confused me because I oriented to the river rather than the tracks. My fault, but I'm beginning to wonder if Google Maps has been given over to a malevolent AI.

One more note about the cafe is that there's a couple of seats in the back by the kitchen. I would have put it in the main part above, but the input-window scrolling for English input is messed up again. I think that's actually a Gboard problem rather than Google Maps.
Cafe Station

Friendly little six-seat dive bar-like place with a granny running it. Clearly regular customers, pretty broad snack menu and a lot of bottles. Pretty sure it's a bottle keep. No Wi-Fi or charging. Pretty far from the station and a very residential area.

Pretty good coffee and I'll give it a high four stars for the friendliness.
Ogawa Cafe

About a dozen seats in a quiet neighborhood next to a big school. Plain, slightly rustic decor. Mild music and no Wi-Fi.

Good coffee with fast service, so it doesn't have to be slow for the best. I'm willing to call it an average four stars overall.
