We cannot recommend this company highly enough!
Doubts? Concerns? Put them to bed, you’re in good hands.
My partner and I live in the UK and wanted to get married in the Valley of Fire, on our eight year anniversary. We started liaising with a different company (I won’t name and shame them) but after several emails back and forth, we asked to speak to them on FaceTime to discuss finer details and to finalise our day… but this never came to pass. We couldn’t ever get hold of them and were like ships passing in the night, conversing only with emails every three or four days. I’m sure I don’t need to say how was stressful this was.
Given the time difference across the pond, we understood we might run into some issues when speaking to companies, but this seemed absurd. Eventually, the company stopped responding to our emails entirely, so very panicked, we shopped around (again) and found Scenic Las Vegas Weddings. And thank God we did.
The reviews seemed very good and their website looked professional, so we sent an email asking for further details. Andrea (Scenic’s office manager) was extremely quick to respond. She was courteous, professional and genuinely couldn’t have done enough for us. A true asset to their company.
Speaking frankly, we were so worried about booking and paying for our special day… without having met anyone from the company etc.!
The amount of blind trust you have to put into them is, again, terrifying… but we needn’t have worried. Everything went off without a hitch and we’re so grateful.
The pick up from our hotel was smooth (our driver Chris was lovely and even helped with our boutonnières). The car was air conned with bottles of water and an AUX lead, so we could control the music. Our officiant Tom was full of energy and seemed genuinely happy for us (which was lovely) and our photographer, Trey, was absolutely great.
As my partner and I eloped, we wanted the photos to be the main part of our day and Trey was very accommodating, taking us to different locations within the Valley and taking his time to get the perfect shots.
(We’re over the moon with how the pictures all came out!)
Overall, the day was genuinely faultless and we’re so pleased we chose Scenic. With the booking, we had to jump in feet first (whilst crossing our fingers and toes that everything would go smoothly) and we have no complaints whatsoever; only compliments.
Another nice touch was during our initial email with Andrea, we asked about time slots on our desired day and were offered a 5pm slot. This was perfect, as we got married in May and didn’t want to sweat like mad for our pictures and also we wanted the sunset. We took a few days to finalise a few things (our fault) but by the time we came back, we were told the 5pm slot was gone. We were offered 9am.
This was extremely disappointing, as again, an early morning might mean sweaty photographs. Eeeek!
We understood this was our mistake and nothing to do with the company, but we emailed Andrea and asked if there were any cancellations for 5pm, to please keep us on the reserve list. We didn’t expect much but then, miracle of miracles, Andrea went above and beyond to work around *US* and was able to magic up a 5pm slot, on basically zero notice!
Unbelievable customer service! Thank you so much Andrea, you’re amazing!
We are so, so grateful to Scenic for making our day everything we hoped of and more and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
We know it’s scary (especially if you’re booking your day from overseas) but everything was seamless snd we’re very pleased. Thank you again everyone!
