Excellent 4-night stay here. Spaces were spacious from each other and the people at the front desk spaced us all out, so they did not put anyone next to us. Nice touch. SMALL swimming pool but still refreshing. They pick up trash at your front driveway. Very nice. All utilities worked fine. WiFi was decent but dropped now and then, mostly because of the nearby airport and other people using their “Boosters”. The one-man maintenance guy was terrific…mowing, picking up trash, filling propane, leveling gravel….he did it all. Unfortunately, Vicksburg does not have a lot offer beside the Train Depot and the Military Park.

We found this place on the Bring Fido website and, after telling my Wife that we’re “just going to take a drive in the country”, I fooled and surprised her by pulling up to this place. It’s pet-friendly so we sat outside and ordered appetizers only. We decided to eat less from now on when we go out. She went for the nachos, and I had a bowl of chili. You cannot believe the size of the plate for her nachos! It’s an entire meal. But, delicious with so much cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, corn, salsa, sour cream, guacamole. We had to take half home (which I ate the next day). It seemed that every person we saw leaving had a doggie-bag. On a somewhat busy street so, outside, was some car and truck noise. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Nice place.

Very tasty food!! Really better than expected, even after reading the Rave reviews. Wife got the falling-off-the-bone ribs. I got the delicious pork. Great sauce on both. A bit too much rice, but the cooked vegetables were yummy. Next time, we'll ask for extra sauce so we can smother the rice. Highly recommend!
