We visited on Sunday afternoon for lunch. You order at the counter and pick up when ready, with seating on the second floor. Staff were helpful, but it took a little long to cook our order. The quesadillas were great, but you should add a protein, and you get chips with a combo.

This is a really nice park. They are doing construction on the baseball field, but the rest of the park is great. Nice paved trails, mostly shaded, outdoor basketball court, nice playground, many picnic tables scattered along the trail with paving up to and under the tables so a wheel chair could go there. There was a nice group of picnic tables under a nice room for bad weather and nice restrooms at the parking lot. The trails connect the park to many other areas along the Big Fossil Creek river.
What a great park for a walk. The trail is concrete and well maintained with plenty of shade . There is a nice playground and the equipment is in good shape. The field area was mowed and good for playing, although there were no designated ball parks or anything. The trail meets up with the Fort Worth Trinity Trails system so you can walk or bike for miles. We walked about 3 miles out and back and had a pleasant time.

Great local hangout for families. Plenty of lawn with grass for playing and picnics. There is a fenced playground for small kids. There's an area in the middle without much grass where people come with their dogs and sometimes let them off the leash when they are good. Very friendly park.

We had dinner here before the Symphony and it was convenient since we were not rushed trying to get to the Symphony from another dining location. They had a buffet with a lot of variety and the food was ok, not great. We had an enjoyable meal with several returns to the buffet tables.
