Ordered 5 articles online - received 2, one was lost, two were cancelled. Horrible customer service, sales staff at the store was incompetent to provide any solution, store computer was broken to perform any analysis of the orders...
On top of that, this entire situation showed that Jules makes these fraudulent offers via their Outlet section on the website - simply to cancel the orders on the basis of 'rupture of stock', even though they have the same items in their stores (at a higher price!).
Save yourself time and money and go directly to other stores, such as Celio, Armand Thierry, even Zara, Bershka or H&M...
