this spot is great!! needed 6 lbs of lamb shoulder, he grabbed the lamb from the meat locker and got me exactly what i needed (and threw in some neck meat and extra fat for soup). if i’m going to buy meat, i only want it treated like they do it here! i’ll definitely be coming back :)

This was well worth the drive down from Winnipeg. The women running this museum are residential school survivors who generously share their personal stories, alongside photos and relics, with all visitors who walk in the door. Canada needs more places like it. Plan to spend a couple hours, and make sure to buy something from their gift shop to support the effort.
