This is an amazing space, with amazing people, who all have travelled their own paths to arrive here in this place! So they really understand and want to help you succeed. Just be honest with them about what you need, and they will do anything in their power to help you. There is nothing but good energy, good intentions, and a wealth of experience here! I had the Veggie soup with rice noodle (#3). Large size, generous on the noodles, however, a little more on the veggies and tofu would have been nice. ( but the amount of noodles is abundant so this is may balance for you:-)) The broth was pretty bland, and to be fair the waitress said so. It’s almost like they are afraid to spice it up or don’t know how. It needed something, like something to add depth and flavour. It’s so close to a great soup, so I hope they consider my suggestion. ADD SPICE🌶️

I would come again, but it’s not like I drive out of my way, more like, “I’m driving by”. Unfortunately, in this area, there’s some really great choices for veggie Pho, but I’d give it a second chance for sure. 😊
