I came here during lunch time with my boyfriend to give it a try and honestly I wish I had chosen somewhere else. The food’s pretty tasty but my favorite thing was the trigo shake I had. Our waitress was very rude y tremenda amargada lol. She told us where to sit and I nicely asked if I could sit at another table because i felt too crowded sitting next to the people that were there. That’s when the horrible customer service started. Everyone completely forgot about us and it took forever for someone to take our order. When my boyfriend asked for a waitress to come to our table, one of the waitresses was like “quieres la cuenta?” We had literally gotten there 20 min ago…

After that, I just felt so uncomfortable and the waitress who took our order never came back. The experience did not get better at all, and I just got this negative vibe. Not only that, but since I wanted to leave so bad at this point I decided to take my food in a box and when we asked for a box, our waitress (the one who never came back) complained and sent another girl to bring it to us. It took everything in me not to be nasty and tell her something. I am not the type of person to write bad reviews at all but I will definitely never be coming back here and it’s a shame. The food was actually pretty good.
