I booked hotel from them for Makkah and Madina.
The hotel in Makkah was Fair, but the hotel in Madina needs some attention, as the house keeping is not upto mark.
Washroom was shared and common for everyone and water was staying on floor, drainage was very poor your trousers will get wet from bottom.
Hope the management of the company will take proper / required actions.
