We came here for a small company group lunch and the pizza we got was delicious!
The restaurant itself is small but cozy. They have a few tables with two being at the windows. They also have two TVs: one above the dining area and one above the cashier counter that is usually playing a Jays, Leafs or Raptors game. There is an antique lamp above the shelf where they keep ready-made pizza slices.
We ordered a whole large Pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely divine. It came hot and fresh out of the oven so the cheese just melted in the mouth. The nice touch they put on the pizza was fresh basil leaves, which gave it a sweet fragrance and taste.
The homemade creamy garlic dips it came with was just the cherry on top. They paired perfectly with the piping hot and spicy pepperoni. You can also tell the staff are very hardworking.
This is a great place to get a slice of delicious pizza made from quality ingredients. They are very busy though so try to order ahead of time!

Tretheway Park East is an absolutely gorgeous park featuring Black Creek and numerous trails to traverse.
The main park area has a playground, a small parking lot, a few benches and plenty of flat ground with trees for picnic opportunities. There is a bridge entrance deeper into the forest of the park that crosses over Black Creek; the main creek that runs adjacent to the park and goes all the way to the Humber River.
Across the bridge are picnic tables and the start of the established trails for hiking through the park’s forest. Some trails run right along Black Creek.
I came here to volunteer for a tree planting project hosted by the City of Toronto. It was a lovely time! They provided shovels, gloves, the saplings and mulch so we could help the staff of Toronto’s Urban Forest Ministry begin planting. The staff also showed us the proper way to plant the saplings. They were all very helpful and kind!
This project was requested by the community with the purpose of planting native trees and shrubs along the edges of Black Creek to both provide more habitat for animals and to encourage more native species to grow.
It was such soulful work helping plant the saplings, good to be in nature, and overall a lovely experience. My family and I had a picnic in the park itself afterwards and it is such a wonderful place!

My company rented out a vacation house from Latitude Key for our Florida reunion and it was an absolutely beautiful stay.
The complex was spacious, clean and sleekly designed. It was split into 3 main units: the main top floor and two bottom units. There was 1 main kitchen, 3 kitchenettes, several bathrooms and 10 differently styled bedrooms (some bunk beds, some queen beds, some king beds and a few single bed configurations).
We used the main, central kitchen above to cook meals together each night and it had ample dishes and cooking supplies. The top main floor had a pool table and a main lounging area with a big TV.
The backyard had a deck, a warm saltwater pool with colour-changing lights at night, several sets of lounging seats and patio furniture, two BBQs and an outdoor gas fireplace.
Overall it was an open, beautiful place with stunning views and right across from the beach with accommodations for our entire staff. It was an incredible, comfy place to stay in the heart of Fort Lauderdale!

My fiancé took me here for my first Southern Lights experience, and it was absolutely magical!
They had so many different displays, a lot of which were seemingly animated (had lights flashing on and off to depict movement)! My fiancé said it is usually very busy though, especially around Christmas time, so it may be wise to buy tickets in advance.
Once we got to the park, it was really cool! There was caramel corn, cotton candy, and a free petting zoo. We got to go around the park itself, and see where the horse races happen. We also went to their gift shop to purchase a classic Blue Monday Chocolate, and some souvenirs for some friends. I definitely recommend this place for a winter festivity!

I went here with my fiancé and friends for a dinner out. The food was delicious and the atmosphere of this spot was lovely!
The restaurant is nicely decorated, and in the summer it has a beautiful pack patio. The light is soft and romantic, and you can see into the kitchen where the chefs are hard at work.
I got their mussels in a white wine broth, and they were cooked perfectly. The broth was light and flavourful, and the bread was perfect for soaking it all up. My fiancé got their Chicken Pasta Pomodoro Al Fresco, and he loved it! To split, we got a slice of their carrot cake for dessert. It was moist, fluffy, and delectable!
This restaurant is a great spot to hang out with your group of friends or a romantic date night out.
