Mina Ahadi

You start the hike at Lynn Headwaters park. There’s paid parking, but I usually do free parking a couple of blocks away from the park. The hike is not hard at all, mild slope, but it is long, 4.5 hrs without the stops. The water is absolutely cold but if you practice your Wim Hof breathing you can enjoy sitting in the natural pool.

A little hike experience in the heart of neighborhood. I usually combine walking this park with reading at the Nomad Cafe on the west side of the park.
