Pretty good. Definitely go early when it's less busy. Staff were friendly and there is a fun selection of games with a somewhat questionable ball pit. It was ok for drinks all the shot are prety gross and sweet but beers are fine.
Would go again but it was out the way for us so guess depends where you are staying.

Beautiful ruins the history here is outstanding like many of the ruins in riviera mayia.
Booked with tui from the hotel grand bahia tulum with transport lunch Cenote and swim with turtles at akumal bay. I paid $286 for two people. Not the best guided experience not the worst!
The guide was very nice but I feel he fell a little short on knowledge and actually guiding us. He did have a ipad and some cool info but I feel like my wife and another girl on tour where really giving everyone better info pointing things out. Only 6 of us on tour mind as well so very manageable group just a little lack lustered and we didn't get a deeper understanding of any of the buildings or culture.
Also the ruins tour was short with only 40mins to free time after and it was hot and very busy, no time to really explore or shop or barley use the toilet as queues are long. Its a 8min walk to and from the entrance to the ruins as well with barley any shade.
I can understand there are time constraints for tour companies but it set the pace for the whole day. You have to line up just to get decent photos along the coast wall or buildings a real shame definitely try and go off peak times.
Not to say you will have the same experience I'm sure many tours and groups had wonderful relaxed informative tour we just did not.
Swim with turtles at akumal was ok we really didn't see many turtles I only had only seen one turtle briefly. I have great gopro footage but I didn't really see much and everyone's crowding the turtles and its not great for me anyways. Definitely recommend seeing turtles esle where or booking a separate tour down at akumal!!
Lunch was good usually not complaints there.
The Cenote was the best part we all loved it. Underground in a cave was just beautiful and most time was spent here mainly as we had decided as a group we were going to take our time. Bless them! Really beautiful and superb experience.
It was good not great just need an extra hour or two to the day just felt rushed and was the most forgettable of the many tours we booked
Tulum ruins is a must just but experience may vary as we found.
