Nice art center to visit, and it includes a free guided tour explaining the current installations on display.
Affordable parking across the street.

Nice and inexpensive place for a good coffee and a snack.
If you like live theatre, this is the place to purchase your tickets!
You have to arrive early (at least 30 minutes before they open) and stand in line. Then you purchase a "bono" for the play you want to see that day (yes, you can't purchase tickets in advance), then you have to go the actual theatre where that play will take place and purchase your real tickets for half price each. It's a really good deal, specially if you plan on watching many plays during your stay in Buenos Aires.

Nice little amphitheatre. Numbered seats in the lower seats, non numbered seats in the Pullman area (higher up), but you can still see OK because it is quite small.
