This bakery is a really nice feel to it. They have Great Sweet! I really like the flan cake. I also enjoy the tres leches cake. This bakery has been here for a long time and I can understand why. Unfortunately it's only a cash establishment so you better have your cash on you.
This place has surprisingly good food. I went in the other day meeting a few friends just for a quick get together. I wasn't in the mood to drink but I was hungry and was ordered dinner and an appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the portions worth the price they were both very delicious. I started with the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. This dish could have been a stand alone entree. It is big enough its tasty and very satisfying. However, i did save enough room for the rigatoni. It was absolutely delicious! It was creamy, cheesy, savoury and sized just right. Im a big fan of their pasta dishes this I am sure of. I am going to have to come back and review the burgers and meat dishes but so far this place has proved to me that they can put out a very good quality dish. Plan on coming back.
Needed to eat something bad for my body but good for my soul. Cherry Valley was the closest place that came to mind. This place is good for a number of reasons. 1 they have a tiny parking lot which makes things way more convenient. 2 they have very friendly staff. Lastly, they have pretty tasty fat sandwiches that are a great "once in a while" treat. So for lunch my friend and I ordered 2 fat sandwiches. I ordered the Bullet hero which is chicken cutlet, bacon, pepperjack cheese, fries and "cherry valley" sauce. It was very good. My friend got the Coyote hero which was chicken cutlet, bacon, mozzarella cheese waffle fries and ranch. I wouldn't make coming here for fat sandwiches a habit but if you treat yourself well you gotta give yourself a day to cheat too. all it was a nice treat but its not an every day kind of lunch spot.
Craft is the new Hemingway's. First of all, I like that the new owner is going for a more upscale design. Unfortunately, they are off to a bumby start. The food was good but the burger we ordered was way undercooked and when we ordered steak frites they brought us chicken. It is early days for this place so I expect them to tighten things up but for now I think the smart move is to let the hype die down a bit so the staff can have more time to focus each individual order. On a more positive note the pizzette was pretty good so I can't complain about that. The chicken pot pie egg roll was also delicious and so was the bruschetta. The service was great and every server had a great attitude. So overall the experience was good. I would come back but not for a little while.
