Wonderful patisserie located in a trendy houseplant & home decor shop. 4 tables available in this very pretty space, but be aware that the chairs are not very comfortable. The chocolate
Chocolate croissant was buttery & light with a touch of chocolate. The almond croissant had a dusting of powdered sugar, was cut in half, & the inside was slathered in a deliciously sweet almond paste. The young person working the counter was very friendly & helpful. I also had a very good, strong, large Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso (3 shots total) that was perhaps my favorite of my trip.

We've attended the Holz Farm Spring two years in a row and have attended other events over the years. Wonderful preserved piece of history and a gem of Eagan!
