Terrible service. Sent my Philips MRX for servicing. Came back with faults. Greg charged me for replacement for faulty ECG cable and still not worked. Sent whole thing back including cables. Now he sent all back but no ECG trunk cable with I paid previously. Now he is demanding another payment for another cable. Total shambles.
