What I ordered: habanero ramen with cooked egg
Quality: excellent. Excellent broth (thick and flavorful), hearty chewy noodles, flavorful beef
Would I get again? Yes

Tried it mid Jan. We got a couple of burnt slices as they were closing. I want to come back and evaluate them fairly, but won't get a chance
One of the smaller, messier, and much slower Starbucks. I would not come here again.
Primary seating: upstairs. Downstairs is awkward waiting in line since the layout and space is so small.
Also the table cleaning standards aren’t up to par (I watched them use the same dirty rag on the floor on the table etc…)

First the downsides/bad:
* poor marketing and communication. this is a reservation place only but they don’t make that clear
* space is sweaty hot (and that’s coming from someone who has a great heat tolerance).
* waitress was a bit lacking in training and professionalism. Couldn’t even speak about the wines/drinks…
* pricey: each yakitori is half size sticks, costing $3 USD each
Now onto the food itself.
What I ordered: their 7 yakitori omakase.
Excellent quality.
1. Quail egg: sous vide tori, so the outside was hard boiled but the inside was gooey. It was a nice touch
2. Chicken meatballs: excellent flavor
3. Chicken wings: topped off with lemon juice 🍋. Excellent.
4. Okra: no. This just does not work, or it wasn’t charred enough.
5. Chicken tail: Wow. First time I’ve had chicken tail and it is incredible. It’s very tender, fatty, succulent. Like chicken chutoro.
6. Pork ribs: not
7. Chicken breast with yukakusha (?): too dry…
Cabbage salad: freshly shredded with a simple lemon dressing
Overall cost: 4200 peso, or $24 USD

Cute and convenient, what can I say? Two stars because cash only no card.
