A restaurant worthy of the Michelin star; from the reception to the servers to the food, everything was great.
We ordered from the a la carte menu and the dishes were
The Crab, in memory of the streets of Hong-Kong
This dish come in three part, the gyoza, the dip and the daikon wrapped crab meat
The Scallop Rose, mango and curry
Comes in two part. The carpaccio and seared scallop with curry
The Trout from the lake in teriyaki, cabbage and Dashi broth
The Veal from Switzerland, celery and Piedmont hazelnut, condiment jus

Wald hotel is a boutique hotel on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It might be a little further from the city, and that’s the charming part of it. The quiet and the serenity away from the city. The staffs are really pleasant and helpful. Although they have no elevator and our room is three flight up in room 502, the checkin counter help is to bring the luggage’s up. The breakfast is also pretty awesome. The chef could make regular sunny up and bacon better than any other places. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Stumble across this gem of a Thai restaurant, while I was driving to cologne. This is as authentic as the food is going to get. I chose to go with Krapow Crispy pork as the main dish. My wife had the Salmon Curry. I had to say that they were delicious. The Tom Yum soup is pretty much like what they served in Thailand. Rest assured that you are eating excellent Thai food here. I definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who had a craving for Thai food.
