This car park is hugely expensive and very tight for space especially the final ramp down. I have ended up with £1000 worth of damage to my car and I'm quite a careful driver. Also, I parked on the open air top floor in winter and they did not salt it, until my employer made a complaint. It was like an ice rink and I slipped over and twisted my knee...very dangerous..poor customer care. Never anyone around to speak to.
