See attached photos to decided what quality of rentals are best for your event. I tried though many emails to get credit for these chairs. Rentall tents and events have stopped returning emails and have simply charged my clients card. ALL chairs had rust on them and were filthy, missing pieces and/or broken(see photos) we tried two different loads to 'pick through them' with no luck. Due to my timeline of the event, I finally had to just take what I could make 'pass' and power wash the dirt off. Did not receive credit for the chairs I refused at load in time.
Be aware they charge your card automatically with the deposit card you provide even if engaged in a final invoice customer service inquiry.
Carpet came in horrible shape, cigarette burns and filthy as well, all edged frayed and simply not fit for rental. I was credited for the refused carpet and left to figure out a new plan for the event with 4 hours to go before guests arrived.
In this competitive event market, you have choices to rent from a firm that will provide clean and well cared for equipment, as well as back their product....sadly, this is not one of them! I was trying to spread my patronage around locally, and got burned. Terrible experience for me and my event client. Embarrassingly, my colleagues in the industry were quick to respond 'everyone knows they are the worst'. Tough way for me to learn my lesson.
