We went in a group of 4 for a Saturday lunch. Cauliflower starter was very nice. Easy parking. At times we felt we were rushed a bit but then it all worked out well. Our local friend loves that place.
Initially service was good. After placing a relatively big order, the service went downhill.
In spite of telling them about the medical conditions necessiating the need to get smaller deliveries, kept on getting a push back.
We were ordering on a daily basis medicines and grocery items.
Delivery of an important medicine was missed. Hung up on follow up calls and then ingnoring our phone calls.
In humane. Driven only by short term profit. Prem is only in their name and not in actions.
Will avoid as much as possible. Can't imagine someone in this kind of business will behave so badly.
May go and talk to the owner, once medical limitations are over. But may not.
