Most of the tops have a toprope rope already preinstalled. So if you like toprope, go there. Plus there are 3 autobelays.
If you like lead climbing, try avoid their system. You have to remove their preinstalled toprope rope, climb with your own or their old rope in lead and then unclip all the quick draws you used when coming down. Its much less fun in my opinion if you like lead and dont want to reinstall their toprope rope after you lead. Plus, if you find a lead route, chances are there is already a rope in the route designated top anchor...its a nuisance what thei doing there...
