It is an interesting piece of architecture in a city with lots of architecture. I am told that you can visit but by the time we got there, we were too tired to confirm it.

It is set in a very pleasant location.

This is the gate to the second part of Prague Castle and keeps the Cathedral of St Vitas safe from marauding barbarians, and, perhaps, tourists, depending on how you might view us visitors!

Whilst functional, with its guards both sculptured and real, it is a beautiful example of this type of ornate ironwork.
This is an excellent museum on the banks of the river with good displays about the life of this composer. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

That said, dad this museum is really on a specialised subject, the main interest for tourists will be the paintings on the external walls, which are quite amazing.

This is a nice little square that you discover by accident, or at least, it isn't in my guide book. It has a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.

The best thing about it though is the sculpture at its centre of the flying horse pulling a carriage. What does it mean? I don't know but it just looks fun and fits in with the square's atmosphere!
