0 stars!! They don’t have any system on booking appointments and the waiting times are atrocious. They make excuses, “oh, doc has gone home” after 2 mins when you call back and they purposely change your appointment time without notice when I especially took the time off from work. Change your Gp like we have.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. Only Benita was respectful and showed empathy towards her patients unlike the rest of the staffs. They’re unprofessionals and need to change their approach. Can’t even get hold of them when calling them back. They make ridiculous excuses.
