The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is a must-see for any visitor to Muscat, Oman. This architectural marvel isn't just the largest mosque in Oman, it's a stunning blend of Islamic, Omani, and modern design.
When visiting, remember to dress modestly. This means covering your shoulders and knees for both men and women.

While the mosque itself isn't accessible on Fridays and weekends for non-Muslims, the gardens in front are a lovely spot for an evening stroll. Take in the beauty of the fresh flowers and lush trees for a peaceful moment.

No need to worry about parking - a large lot is available for visitors.

While this restaurant appears to be the only Desi option in City Centre Mirdif, my experience was somewhat underwhelming. I tried the white rice with chana, which was just average in taste. Notably, they only use disposable cutlery.

The pricing also seemed a bit high considering the quality and presentation of the food. They do offer karak tea but again expensive.

Beautiful building with modern interior, number of coffee shops. Numerous exhibition halls for conferences and exhibitions.

Matrah cornich is a beautiful place to visit during evening hours, one side is beautiful sea and the other is rocky mountains.
Long track for evening walk and huge number of seating round the cornich is great. Plenty of shopping options including restaurants and coffee shops.
Parking is a challange there ; a bit of wait is there to find.
