Excellent place to take a stroll during free time and enjoy the view of the sea on one side and heritage buildings on the other side. And if you get tired, there are benches present and specific intervals.
But avoid visiting when the sea is rough, as there are high tides.

If you are interested in history about trains, then this place should be on your visit list. This place shows the history of the Trains in India. Adults and Kids can learn a lot about trains in this place. Entry is free of charge, great initiative by the Railway department. When you enter the main building the museum is located on the left side. You can ask the staff for directions in case of any confusion, because due to lack of foot falls, the staff usually keeps the lights inside the museum off, in order to save the electricity. Not many people are aware of its existence. Anyways the place is well maintained, worth visiting.
Ancient deconsecrated temple, which lies in a half sunken & leaning position. Great piece of history. Entry is free.
