Stopped in here for a quick coffee while waiting for our daughter to get out of class at FIT.
It was definitely a younger crowd, but the coffee was good. Unfortunately, they only had to-go cups. There was also a large selection of pastries, which looks really good and are made in house.

Lovely beach for walking on a cool day. We were here on a Thursday during the off season and it was not very busy. We parked at a beach access right off the main road. The scenery changes often as you walk. Lots of driftwood, lots of shells, lots of broken tree stumps rising from the water and in the sand. We even saw a bald eagle. No public restrooms.

Our flight out of Laguardia was canceled, so we booked a room for the night. We were at the rental car area, as we had tried to get a rental car to drive home without any luck. I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, which there was. They came and picked us up at the rental car place and took us to the hotel. It was late and we got one of the last rooms, since many flights were canceled that evening. The lobby was large and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and courteous. He gave us an extra large room, which was great. It had two bedrooms, a kitchen area and sitting area; way too much for just my husband and I, but would definitely be great for a family with children.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We told them that we would need a shuttle back to the airport the following morning and it was ready at 5:30 AM sharp to take us. We were only there for the one night and we arrived late and left early, but I had no issues with this hotel.
