Small, well-formed fort on the seafront in the centre of Hammamet. Small cafe on the walls overlooking the old town.
8 Dinar entry is reasonable.
It was worth a quick visit while in the area.

Lots of history and used for lots of different things over the years. It does feel that Scottish history has been trumped by British army history though, with the relatively newly built memorial across the courtyard. As if the British want to turn it into the large hall instead of the Scottish Great Hall.
Wasn't able to go in but a famous church because of its location looking up at the castle and being positioned in the gardens and just off Princes Street. The graveyard is a great spot for pics of the castle
10 euro for a mediocre burger in a brioche bun and an egg on its own sums this place up. This does not include chips or salad. Another 5 euro for cheesy potatoes with ham which is in fact McDonald's style chips with cheap cheddar over them. The view is nice but lots of place in lindos have just as good if not better with better and tastier food at cheaper price
Stunning spot out on the headland. The views across both sides of the headland are stunning and back to lindos
It takes about an hour to walk out from the beach. Bring water it can get warm.
There is a track the whole way out which is marked with red paint spots every 20 metres or so. Keep to the track and it's easy enough. Need decent runners or boots don't try in flip flops.
