One of the best trails that I’ve been around. Parking is available across the street. We hiked 3 miles and didn’t get to the end. Easy hike but not good for disabled people. Dogs are allowed but on leash. Now (April) full of flowers. There are some areas that you can sit and enjoy the nature but not bench or picnic tables.
Small museum with lots of things. You need to be fully vaccinated to go in. You can park off the street. It’s take a couple hours to go through everything. Museum is free but you can donate to there. All the models that they have make lots of joy for kids.
You have to park on street, three different trails are there. You can have your dog on leash. You can see many rabbits there. The paths that goes over the hills are a little bit hard but the one that goes in your right is flat and easy to go. Have fun and don’t forget close your mouth because of lots of mosquitoes,
Very nice place for hiking in heart of Playa vista, very clean and full of spring flowers, it’s almost two miles trail (one way), there’s plenty of parking spots. This place is disabled accessible and good for kids specially if you walk for half mile there is an educational park with information about the birds and animal who are from there.
Very nice place for hiking or spend times near the lake, some people fishing there. You need to pay 6$ per car to enter to the park, and plenty parking spot there, it’s worth to spend at least two hours there and enjoy watching fishes inside the lake or birds around it, or go to the mountain trail. Of course because of all these I believe is good for kids.
