I did my research and decided to buy the Jura E8. I also decided it is best to buy as direct from Jura so that I learn from Jura experts. I went to QCS on Boundary Road. They are an authorized dealer with parts and technicians on hand to service Jura customers. I was served by Kazuto whom was pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. He made us some drinks and cleaned the milk system etc. Answered many questions and I felt confident in the quality of the machines and most importantly, I felt confident that QCS will bend backwards to help me if I ever have any problems. This shop is very professional. I highly recommend Jura and QCS if you love a good coffee /espresso machine! My favourite beverage is the flat white!

A Tofino must! Perfect pairing with a beer in the brewery. We had the takoyaki, okonomiyaki (fav item), and a fried rice. So fresh and warmed us up from the cold!
