My wax specialist was amazing, however my experience with your front desk employee overshadowed that experience and made me not want to come back. You need to provide better training for your employees so they know how to maneuver through your system. My appointment was for two, we were late, so only one of us received services, no problem, I understand and accept that. What I don't get is how I had to wait 30 minutes after for your employees to figure out how to work your system so that I could pay and leave. The employees collectively could not figure out how to ring me up and told me I had to continue to wait until they figured it out. My time is just as valuable as yours. If you cannot take me for a service because I am late, you need to reciprocate the same energy and respect my time and not expect me to wait above a reasonable and customary time frame to ring me up. 30 minutes is insane for me to have to wait until your employees worked through their lack of training, critical thinking and respect of my time, not just the European Wax Center's time. No apology was made, just the audacity and expectation that my time deserved to be wasted.
