The overall buisness is suppose to be supportive for children with Special needs, but the staff there is very unprofessional, prejudice, and under trained to handle preschool students with special needs. The bus service is very inconsistent with pickup times and late everyday. The last time my son was there they called me while I was at work stating I had to pick up my son early because of a runny nose. Stating that the nurse there said he had a "Virus" because it was green mucus coming out of his nose and he couldnt return unless he had a doctors note. I beleive this is a disgrace to the human race there should not be people working with children who can out right be bias to the needs of these children because they have the authority to do so. When I called my sons doctor to schedule the appointment the on call nurse said theres no way they could say or possibly determine that he had a virus because his mucus was green. I still took my son to the doctors and they were disgusted with the accusations, she suggested that I pull him out of the program because there is something misleading about it all. Therefore, my son will not be returning for P.A.C.T. preschool services there this was a very horrible experience...as parent and humiliating one too..Kayden James was cleared by his doctor and he does not have a virus...but he will no t be none of you guys object of ridicule..🖕all the staff there that make themselves feel good by picking on a 3 year older kid that needs more love and care than others..
Great place to work.
