Those people are impossible. I'm not sure where my review went but I can post it again. Find someone else to help you. These people will not help you. They have stupid rules and waste your time. They make it impossible to get the documents to them. Like, they want documents you waited a month for back to them in less than 24 hours but you don't have a car and you have to go to work the next day and can't miss work. They will not make any accommodations for you. And you must have a job in order to get help. I found them very unprofessional. Use at your own risk.

Lousy place to work. The space where I worked was always freezing cold and the office manager swore there was nothing wrong. People were not pleasant. Lots of gossip. Someone doesn't know how to flush a toilet. No one kept the kitchen clean. It's like working with kindergartners. Maybe the people on different floors were better but my floor was lousy.

It is hard to get past the 9th floor without a pass in the morning. There is no attendant or doorman and the electronic display does not list all of the businesses in the building. Hard for freelancers.
