I feel bad writing this, but this experience was nowhere near my expectations and I will explain why. I ordered their more popular item from Grubhub; their roast pork sandwich and a side of fries. One important note that some viewers would already know, is that I do not eat sandwiches without cheese; it does not happen. I put a note in asking to please add cheese, and I clarified whatever they have world work, but cheese on my sandwich is a MUST. They did not put cheese on, and my pork was a bit dry. Now when I was picking the food up, it took a while for me to even confirm the order because the staff did not speak english. My guess is that they did not bother to read the note, or if so they did not understand and didn’t bother to translate. That is just carelessness on their part, but at the same time they really should have staff that speak english. Not sure if it matters to them, but my dinner was ruined due to their lack of attention to detail because if a sandwich does not have cheese, I do not want it. The fries were pretty bad as well, soft and mushy opposed to krispy and on top of all that, the food cost me around 18 bucks. If you are going to charge the price of a pizza pie, I want to be full in the end, and I want every component asked for on my sandwich. If that is too much to ask, I will go to one of 1000 other spots to get a sandwich in this area. The journey continues, and this reviewer is not happy. Shout out to grubhub for refunding me, because otherwise I would have been calling this place. If I had to pick something positive to say out of this ordeal of an experience, it would be that the pork was at least seasoned. While that is nice, the fact that it was bone dry and without my requested toppings did not help. I would skip this place.

I was displeased with my experience here: first off I arrive ten minutes early and the workers state they can’t let me park early until the time is right which is nonsense because many lots take people in nearly, instead they had me waiting on the side wasting time. They offered to adjust the time for an additional 7 dollars so I can leave… gee thanks I think Il pass on that and just wait it out. Apparently waiting in peace was too much to ask as one of ther workers was “fixing” a car horn and continued to honk it over and over again. Buddy, the horn is working fine and so is my temper if that’s what you are trying to activate lol. The extra star was due to general pricing being good. Would not recommend coming here tho.

If your in the area and you absolutely gotta buy liquor then this place won’t hurt. I was a tad disappointed in their lack of selection and the prices. 6 pack of my preferred drink was 12 bucks whereas I could get a 12 pack for 16 at bottle king. The worker was nice but there was also just not enough to choose from. Won’t hurt to walk in and see if your in englewood, but first a better selection and price range I recommend elsewhere.
