Food was good despite a hair in the toppings of my burger (picked it out, moved along). Fries were hot. It seemed as though the employees didn’t want to take orders nor guide the customer through the order. It was super awkward, and I felt like a major inconvenience. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked for my order, I wasn’t given the option of adding extras, I couldn’t get information on fountain drink options, I just… it was so weird. The music was so loud that it hurt my ears and I had to use noise cancelling earbuds. I’m not sensitive to loud music. I couldn’t figure out where to take my trash and tray. I felt unwanted and like I should have apologized for being there.
