Pros : good location (city center), great view of Tokyo.
Cons:
1. The staff did not really greet us when we entered and left the hotel (not that they are busy).
2. They did not provide water bottles and any complimentary treat in the room.
3. They did not help with our luggage.
4. The mattress was incredibly hard. I usually like hard mattress, but this one was incredibly hard. I will not recommend for people who have back-pain or do not like hard mattresses.
5. We could hear very well if neighbors were making noises from the room. Not a good sound-proof room.
For point 2 and 3, we expected that as 4 stars hotel. It’s a small thing that matters. Even when we stayed in lower stars hotel, they provide it.
Overall : I do not think it’s worth the money, you can find cheaper hotels in Tokyo with still good location and better value for money.

Really good noodles they make!! Recommend to visit whenever you are in The Hague. The broth was also so thick. If u love spicy then I recommend to try the spicy hot oil noodles (10/10). The portion is HUGE.
Everything was ok but the price is quite high for what u get. Service can be friendlier and more inviting. Will not go back with alternative available around there.
