Came in today to pick up a gift for my wife and can’t really say the welcoming or could I help you with anything else was in the tone during my pick up. Normally I would work with a woman name Sandy who is great with a smile when I’m in the store but sadly she wasn’t in. I also never did get the message I wrote for my wife in the box. So idk what the point was for leaving a message and never getting it with the product I bought. I will just stick to online and not the store
