I went there this morning, checking out some caps 🧢 for my boyfriend.
I asked an assistance from 1 of the staff there, and she was not helpful at all.
I asked regarding the material and also some help.

Got yelled at by their security guard, ahaha damn, who was complaining how everyone lies to him and how nice he is (IKR 💀). Will never visit this shop here in the UK ever again. Power tripping employees that attack only women, and it is in Dubai!

I love the shop itself , sometimes you can find really good things in good price, BUT! As long as I am going there for my kids shopping, to be honest , I hate it. First of all, prices not updated, same clothes you will find with different price tags and if you ask staff they will tell that “ we just didn’t label all the things and didn’t update the price”, so basically to know right price you have to always refer to a sales person to check it. And here you will face another issue, staff for kids section is extremely rude. They will alway let you feel like you are an “uninvited guest”. Mostly it would be a blonde Russian speaking sales lady, but she would always act busy not willing to help, answering question in a way that you don’t want to come and ask again. I witnessed many times when people ask her and get disappointed and leave. To be honest I wish prices are marked right so you can basically avoid to refer to staff. And another thing to assist you during you choosing they are not there but once you go to pay they would run out of nowhere just to put sale under there name, which is definitely not there input for me to buy. In new year night I faced attitude of another sales lady from kids section- a Philippine one, I was really hardly managing myself not to ask see manager. There were mess on the table as one Arabic family was selecting items and you can’t see things if you didn’t open them- it’s natural, but sales lady was so angry , nervously wrapping all after them, BUT good things they were not just open things they were really buying a lot, but even this fact didn’t make her happier. Than she showed me the same attitude and after I went to pay, she was there of course and the same family was behind me and they came to counter by pointing that they found themselves overall which sales lady told them earlier was not available. And the local man ask if there other cashier to finish them fast as they were in a rush, she told them that everyone is busy, but again she told them not in a nice way, keep being angry… honestly I hate to go there only not to see sales people there, I wish at least once come and find friendly person there, but for the last 3 years it was the same . Or else just mark all tags right so we don’t need to beg your staff to assist us. Just something for the managment to consider.
Was not possible to come inside a Burberry shop. Security says too much people…. Was waiting, 7 people gone out from shop, he still did not let us to go in. 🤷♂️

Jen is the manager there couldn’t go further to make me happy. She couldn’t refund even though it’s been 18 days, as per policy it’s 16 days possibility to get refund. I’m working in Dubai 7 years it’s first time facing this type of issue. Very unsatisfied.
I don’t understand how people see it as a great quality and all their Polo shirts shrink after the 1st wash in cold water. Very disappointing and waste of money. Even the first time i bought one was already shorter than the one displayed.

The worst service, i never experienced such a bad service in other guess stores, today Sunday 19-Nov-2023 i asked the lady if you have any white friday or whatever they call it offers coz i know and i’ve seen the discounts in dubai hills lastt week and on online as well, but she surprisingly replied in a very unprofessional way that today is not even friday with her poker face, she is russian and she was very rude, icant understand how the same management having a very good staff in dubai mall or dubai hills while having such a cheap employee and unprofessional in other store, this is really makes customer run away.. btw this is very bad for the store reputation ….. i was checking other people reviews.. i think they experienced the same at dubai marina branch.

The 5 stars for security staff. Unexpectedly noticed the excellent greeting and parting of the security officer which was amazing as he was the only person that greeted each customer with a wonderful smile and welcome.
Bad experience! Asking gift wrapping for a scarf, didn’t even provide it! Only done by a thin paper, staff is not helpful either, some high street brands have done better service than they do…..
Walked in asked for help for a suit I wanted to buy…. Asked for my size , completely disinterested attendant tells me to browse till I find it ….. 5 minutes later walk right out . 0 customer service equals zero sales , at least in my case …meh!

This particular branch is smaller than the other Max Store, for example the one in Ibn Battuta Mall or City Center Deira.

I'm not sure why people spoke so highly about Zara. Sure, their collection is nice, but it's still one of the fast fashion industries and they overpriced their items. I think their collections are okay, but with a similar material I could've bought it from another brand with the same quality and better price. All my Zara pieces didn't even last more than 2 years.
I just visited to store with a concern of exchange of my order that i had received few days back but staff deny to help me regarding this... I ordered 4 itmes and i wanted to return 2 of the itmes ( trousers) that i received because of incorrect size( i select was wrong by mistake) ... I ordered online but i collect that from same store... Staff ( shift incharge) he straight away denied to me take the items back and exchange... I apologize to him and i tell him truth that i have removed tags and also before checking i put itmes in water but i didn't use i didn't wash woth detergent or any other chemical and it was my mistake that i check the size tag later on... Am always using 2xl and i request him you can check my order history am regular customer of you this time i made a mistake in size.. Please do me a favour but he denied with attitude then i request him to please check with manager or someone so i can talk please but he denied arrogantly as per him he is a incharge only and he can give any favour.. I ask him to check please because its not a big issue and told you everything that is truth... But still he denied

One of my favorite clothing store! They have good variety of semi formal shoes as well but the shoes are not very comfortable and can't wear these for long period of time.
A good range of collection and the staff is nice and helpful, well decorated shop.

I am a former GUESS employee, and the way the staff behaved here was far below corporate standards.
For example, I was carrying a large pile of clothes in my arms to try on and the employees didnt notice, I had to ask for a dressing room (whose entrance was messy and covered up by boxes in the hall) and the employee abandoned me in there and didn't check if I needed different sizes or colors (which I did).
Its unfortunate as I love the brand and would have purchased more if the salespeople would have helped me out.

Mall of emirates being near to my house i visit quite often and max fashion store is amazing. I love their collection always so affordable and good. Its always better to visit on the weekday than weekend to avoid those rush. Got this shoes from max fashion and i am in love.

Zara is an international clothing brand with a wide variety of products . The cloths at Zara are quite expensive but they are worth buying. The quality of the products we buy from Zara are incredibly awesome 👏. Zara is located in the first floor of Deira city center . Zara has many outlets all over uae 🇦🇪. We can buy a lot of products at Zara including shoes , dress , cosmetics, accessories etc .

The worst service ever, I bought hand watch from them, but once I needed them for warranty I got to know how bad is their service , no feedback , no follow up, no response. For changing battery they need 6 weeks , but after I complained they finished it in 2 weeks

Nice huge store of Zara with decent collection in one of the oldest malls . There is men/ women and kids section . Most of the people in the store and some staff don’t wear mask anymore . Staff always look really busy and hard to approach which is quite standard for Zara stores . But overall a good location , big selection and relatively less busy than other locations .
I saw a men’s shirt in the US and thought I would buy it from dubai. When I got here they don’t have the shirt and what they have is so much more expensive here in dubai… just compare it with the online store in the USA looks like they send what doesn’t sell there In the US🇺🇸 To dubai and change you more

I went to check a specific bag in Dubai Mall which I saw earlier in Tommy Hilfiger Sahara Mall branch where it was on sale. When i asked the sales lady on duty in Dubai Mall branch, who was reluctant to assist me, why it has different price compare to other branch, she sarcastically answered me "well you're in Dubai!" with a smug look on her face, not only she was unpleasant, I felt like she was looking down on me. It was an awful experience and so I just left without buying anything.

I bought an Abaya as they told me it’s a light organza .. once I wear it it will immediately get creased and look ugly .. there is no way anyone can wear this without full creases all over .. when I asked to return they told me it’s silk and this is normal and they refused to return or exchange or even look at the Abaya or check it’s condition .. if I knew it was silk I would have not bought it .. but they first said organza then they changed their word.. very disappointing attitude .. I thought I’m buying from a high class shop .. turned out to be so greedy and dishonest.. Only concerned about money they got from me .. The least they care about is customer satisfaction.. Fooling your client for a small amount of money !! .. Shame on you ! Such mentality will never survive in the market ..
You can buy great clothes here at good prices. And if you order in online you can get more offers. Also you can collect it from shop. The only one negative there is only one dress trial room for men.

One of my favourite Zara’s in town. It’s a large store, not busy and amazing variety of items and sizes. The best is that I can actually find my size and not having to run into too many people over it.

Always in all Tommy Hilfiger shops!!! the new collection prices 20 to 30% higher than other shops or online shops who selling same brand!! with same collection and same time example Hoodie sweatshirt new collection always thy selling it at 800dhs. and in other shops or online shops mostly will be at 600dhs, same with jeans Etc...

Ted Baker always has classic nice apparel. I picked up a few shorts. They don’t carry much in my size but found a few items though. The ladies at the store were helpful. The new design of the store has ladies on the left and men on the right. I liked it more when there were two separate stores but I’m sure it was too expensive. They still have a good amount of variety though. Definitely more for women though.

Bought a dress in the sale on Friday, 3 days later I was out wearing it for the first time and I noticed there was a run on it. When I went back in the store asking for an exchange I was told no because 'it's in the sale and it's my fault that this happened because I'm wearing it'. The sales assistant was extremely backward and highly incompetent to be working for a reputable brand. Highly unimpressed given the fact that 1 - It wasn't cheap in the sale and 2 - I only just bought it and wore it! I even asked if they can reimburse me for the cost to get it repaired, I'm supposed to be getting a call from the manager and I've not yet received it. This particular branch does not uphold the high standards of Ted Baker. AVOID; backward, no empathy and stupid.
