Your Indian guy receptionist, Binsin (a name he gave me) is very unprofessional. Despite of me reminding him & asking on the validity of my Ultrasound insurance approval while re-scheduling, he confirmed immediately & gave me a new date without confirming from Prime Corp. Had to leave my work earlier than my sched as another reception asked if I can come earlier, only to know that my approval got expired a day before! We are all working and as a patient I deserved respect on my time as well. He didn’t even apologize, he even pointed finger to the Nurse in Prime Corp. Yes, “maybe” you have different system but there’s a landline phone to use for any details you need before confirming to your patient. To go through all the process again doesn’t make sense just because your guy didn’t do his job properly.
Dr. Taskeen is excellent.excellent patient care and nursing staff very cooperative.

I recently had my second MRI, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Salma Amin from the Customer Care Radiology department. Salma's kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Her friendly and compassionate demeanor made an otherwise stressful experience so much more manageable. I have a strong fear of closed MRI machines, but Salma stayed with me throughout the entire process, offering comfort and reassurance every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and empathetic. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional care. She is truly one of a kind.... Thank you Salma

I had an early appointment and my first time for the procedure so a bit nervous but a lot of THANKS to Dana and Salma - both helpful and very nice. They easily made me feel better and at ease. Excellent job ladies!
I am extremely claustrophobic but this MRI in Premier Diagnostic is by far my best experience. It was closed MRI but with wide bore opening, I was initially prescribed sedative medicine but when I met the staff, they were all very helpful and reassuring that no need for medicine (special mention to Ms. Salma who was very nice, accomodating and made me feel at ease during the while time). I survived and conquered my fear, I will do it all over again - but only in this Diagnostic Center. 😊

Certain test and scan procedures can be a bit nerve wrecking.Shabana gave me clear instructions and assisted me gently enough and put me at ease. Shady was very pleasant at reception too. Good experience overall. My only feedback would be please try and return callbacks when trying to reschedule appointments thanks.

I visited there for some scanning to be done as I had a rescheduled appointment but for some reason it was not registered in the system which is a mistake of a colleague, however the reception executive Mr.Shadi was so polite and helpful and he assisted me all the way till I got my issue sorted and my scan done, he was really professional to attend the issue before it becomes an escalation, with such a proactive and helpful approach, I think Premier diagnostic center did a great job hiring this guy, keep up the great service.....🙏🙏👍👍

Highly recommend Dr safuvana for her exceptional service. We have been consulting different dentist for my 4.5 years old son's teeth pain , the issue was resolved from sabah al noor.
