bad management, they dont know how to handle anything, they have interviewed me and accepted me and sent a confirmation email, then all of a sudden they told me we cant hire you !!and they didnt even tell me why (they stopped responding), to find out later that someone form another company told the owner not to hire me!!!

Bare in mind that I know the owners and I worked with them before and they wish someone with my experience to join them! the are the ones who interviewed and accepted me and sent the email.!

WORST AGENCY SERVICE YOU ARE GONNA EVER HAVE. Once they have the money they completely forget about you. I have been one year with them and at the beginning they were following the process up, but after a year I had to renew the contract and once they got they agency fee, THEY LITERALLY DISSAPEARED FROM THE MAP. Trying to contact my Agent (Sir Muhajid) and he doesn´t reply to my messages. My contract is about to expire and the only thing they did with the 1000 aed of agency fee is call me to tell me to renew it and sort it out on my own. 0 PROFESSIONALISM, 0 GUIADANCE, 0 SUPPORT.

The renewal process for our third year at Bayt Al Rigga 01 Bldg was a breeze compared to the first two years, thanks to Lerma Raguine's help. The process was completed within one hour and half. There's no need for me to keep going back and forth about the contract documents and everything, because it was completed right there and then.

I turned over the property on November 4th, 2023, and have yet to receive my deposit back, and the property has not yet received the check out report either?

What role does the customer play in having your check out inspection completed? What happened to the people for a week?

What is the account manager's function in this situation?

Customer service is horrible; current residents are always directed to the account manager, who is already unhelpful.

Umar is the best broker I’ve met, warm, enthusiastic, and most importantly, helpful.

This is the worst experienced I ever had here in Dubai, when we are inquiring about Al Ghurair, the 3rd party ZAIN JAVED was even calling us until midnight to chase us in getting the apartment but after we paid the first cheque and give all the other 3cheques you can't even contact him at all, I don't know how al ghurair tolerate this, our moving date was supposed to be September 17 as per contract, we went on September 20 at the apartment and it is all dirty most are damages and ac are even so old when it was supposed to be ready!!! We have completed all the documents and now september 23 they still cant hand over the key!!!!! THIS IS REALLY THE WORST PROPERTIES WE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find it quite astonishing that your service seems to be deteriorating progressively. There has been no reply to my emails, and it's baffling how they can be so negligent in addressing the urgent needs of a tenant. Both Ms.Rajeshwari and Mr.Helmy have not managed to reply to my email.This is undeniably a dreadful service provided by AGP. I need someone to call me and respond to my email.

Thank you for addressing my concern. I find it difficult to believe that the recipient is incorrect. If someone had left the organization, my email should have been returned as undeliverable, which did not happen. Additionally, in any corporate environment, it's crucial to set up out-of-office notifications when staff members are on vacation. I'm genuinely surprised to observe these protocols not being adhered to.
Your contact center consistently fails to answer calls, and they often disconnect automatically. If you are unable to track calls, this presents a significant issue in itself. It's imperative that you address and improve this situation promptly.

Yes Business Tower is nicely located in Al Barsha 1, close to two big Malls, Mall of Emirates and Lulu Center.
There are very good restaurants of all types in the vicinity as well as other useful shops.
The office is in excellent condition, well maintained with plenty of lifts and parking facilities.
There is an important feature in this center is that each office has pantry and separate bathroom unlike the common bathrooms in the majority of the centers in Dubai.
The Conference room is state of the art has excellent furniture and great technical facilities
Another advantage is the Management Office is located in the center itself with the owner directly in charge
Great office tower, highly recommended.

I have been trying to renew my contract in one of the property you own for over 4 weeks now with a very slow reply from the employee who is supposed to handle it.

I have tried to get through the receptionist to try and speak to her superior but the receptionist was resistant and claimed that miss mary is the boss and refused to pass me to the general manager.

This is disappointing from a real estate company like your where a tenant need to push to get you to renew and advice on how to collect your money, it is a shame after a couple of years of dealing your customer service quality is degrading and good employees whom use to finalize matters are not their anymore and replaced by low quality customer service team.

It was my first rent in Dubai, I initially thought it is difficult, but with the helps from Mr. Muhammad Jafri we were going through the process without any hassles. The maintenance team was also doing great over the weekend to make our flat ready.

Our office /business been based at Yes business tower since 2013 , the building still at its best like new since then ,also always clean , prompt and responsive maintenance staff , friendly and helpful building management office personnel in addition into a very convenient and ample parking space .

This building and it's surrounding is always busy and lively. The offices are moderately maintained.

The location is at the center of Al Barsha 1, very near and accesible to all necessities - restaurant, mini grocery, hypermarket, mall, metro station and bus station.

Also has a lot of residential apartments, so having an office here could be a real convenience.

Yes it's traffic at rush hours (like any other place) but manageable.
