Signex Advertising is very prompt with their awarded projects particularly as a company specialized in Sign boards. They are also very good in safety signs, wall graphics and engraving. Their services are excellent and prices are also competitive.

I found this trophy shop last minute for our event, and they were helpful. It's a family-owned business with really nice folks. They have good amount of trophies available and even did a custom order for me on the same day. Very happy with my experience. I would recommend. Here’s the 3 trophies I got. Saw they also do for many big companies.
rude behavior towards customers. they get irritated if you ask for prices. they have too much business and don't need new customers.
I have never in 12 years of my being in uae seen such a rude reception...the lady on the phone was absolutely out of her mannerism and shouted as if she owns or rather runs the world ...a simple query of asking about trophies and medals and she behaved so irrationally and so rudely.
Maybe they have too many clients and they just don't bother to be having simple etiquettes of how to speak on the phone , it would be great to once in while give proper counselling to your staff .

I came to purchase a fathers day gift in mall of the emirates laser gallery. Staff's were very accomodating and friendly. I really dnt know what to give for my boss but when I saw this amazing art ,I decided to take it and My Boss loved it. Its not an expensive item that I bought from them but they have given an extra care with their customer. I recommend this shop for all types of occasions gift or party.

Step 2: I received a design which was also in the shape and size of the engraving I needed
Step 3: I asked for some changes, which were made very quickly
Step 4: I got the engraving done and stuck into the trophy. It looks great!

A short notice request was taken on very professionally and efficiently. Within 24 hours out works were completed to the very best standard. The project management team were very accommodating to our requirements and delivered as promised.
Really professional work! They make wonderful custom gifts like wood engraving and glass laser printing. Prices are very acceptable considering you are paying for such a high quality product.

The costumer service is 0. First I gave them the photo to engrave it on the crystal, he told me it was too difficult for him to remove the background of the building that I wanted to engrave ,because it had a lot of details he made waist my time in searching of the other photo, after I gave other photo with no details at all with just a blue sky behind, he asked to add more 25 aed to remove back ground. What the hell! Seriously, my colleague had it worked without the computer in her phone, how difficult is it for a person who works in your store to work with photoshop, he asked for money thinking that I would refuse it. I will never ever so anything with guys unless you change your stuff with skillfull ones. I'm still standing here right now, waiting for him after I asked him to remove the background, guess what he is still dieing on it, but no result, 30 minute of waiting !!!!!!
The displayed photos and the finished product they give you are very different. They made a complete joke of our wedding picture. You can barley make out who we are on the finished priduct. Skip this one, save yourself a disappointment.
Not happy about service. Need to make one carving 3x2.5cm directly on bamboo. I bring logo in curves also dont need deep curving. First price was 250aed because round carving. After I said dont need round carving they said 150aed. I said I acepting 80aed. Not wort to pay more. I just need sample. I hope other customers will be more happy. Good luck.
I would rate it a 4 star for the quality of one of the award. It had glue marks, the cut of the print was not upto the mark. But I completely understand the rush he had to make that in.

The production of my product from design to finish was very professional, my basic design was tidied up and then I was given 4 options to choose from. The finished item took 24 hrs and I am very pleased with the result.

Just called in to find out how much a watch engraving was and was immediately asked what brand the watch was. When I said it was MK they said minimum 200 AED?! I asked why the brand mattered and he said then he knows how much space there is on the back!. I then asked him if, given the fact he's charging me such a high amount, is there any guarantee that my watch will come back to me undamaged after they handle it, their answer: no guarantee.
If you're going to charge prices based on the brand of the watch, despite the same quality of engraving and no extra work, at least offer a guarantee. Very disappointed.

We had to produce a trophy super urgently to be sent to Saudi during Ramadan after hours. Trophy shop people produced it in 30 minuets at no extra cost. They even did the artwork in 6 different options for approval. All in all a fantastic job beyond the call of duty. I will surly become a long term customer.
