These people are scam artists, charged my card for 120 US dollars and said they couldn’t refund .

Absolutely loved this store, however, they withhold price information on some things like the saffron which they charged by the ounce, my bill was $2,100.00. The Saffron alone was $1100.00. They fixed my bill before leaving the store..paying attention, especially if you use a credit card they folded the bill so I couldn't see how much I spent. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. Other than that, I loved the store and I purchased a ton of spices and souvenirs.

Prices are 4-8 times bigger than normal shops.
Waited more than 3 weeks for delivery and when I canceled the order they deducted around 100 aed for shipping fees

Great Experience with Nila Team
Be careful when your getting spices here. Maybe it was miscommunication ( I doubt it as English was fine) but prices for 7 items from this shop added up to over $1400 US when I was told they were around $250. Merchant told me it’s ok and to tap my card but thankfully it was declined. Make sure you fully understand the cost as nothing is posted and everything is made up as your checking out.

First of all Thank you for Nila Spices and Team you guys deserve 5 star....becouse of your quality and prices of items its unbelievable... for example i use to buy chilly powder from supermarkets for 1 kg 30 AED now i am buying from Nila Spices 12 AED from and quality i feel that similar to homemade.....all the items are 60% lesser than supermarket price...i am sure about it Nila spices help to reduce our grocery budgets and that's how we can save money in Dubai.
