Counter persons are chilling and having fun in talks with each other. I have to wait like an hour to get my turn. And counter lady misbehaving. Having worst experience there
I am utterly dismayed by the service at this hospital pharmacy. It is nearly impossible to get through on the phone; they simply do not answer. On the rare occasion someone does pick up, I am promptly placed on hold and forgotten about. No one ever returns the call, and my inquiries remain unresolved. This has not only been frustrating but also detrimental to managing timely medication needs. I expected much better from a facility of this importance. Their communication and customer service are in dire need of improvement.

Weekdays waiting time is like hell, our token number was 701 and when we reach there serving token number was 690. From 690 to 701 took 3 hours and we left the pharmacy 11pm with the kids. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. If you don’t have hyper tension visit NMC pharmacy. It’s free there. You will get it as free

Bought a first aid kit. Credit card machine ran out of battery mid-transaction. Cashier used another machine. Ended up getting charged twice. Have been attempting to get refund since November 2023. It is almost February 2024, and I am still waiting...
