I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Dr. Fritz is worth sharing. I struggle with dental anxiety but Dr. Fritz made me feel at ease. He was incredibly gentle throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and pain-free the entire time. I also appreciated his recommendations for additional treatments for my other teeth.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, and the receptionist greeting with a warm smile and always whenever she speaks to the patient she ensure to do to give that welcome smile. The hospital is dirty, a dentist's assistant in dirty gloves helps the dentist, the dentist after brushing his teeth spoiled the tooth, loosened it and wanted to remove it to put a crown. The sister just got on the money. It's a dirty job, it kills both the doctor and the assistant.The doctor recommends removing all healthy teeth and installing crowns, do not go there to treat your teeth, a dentist from India will only make it worse for you, the dentist does not guarantee the crowns that she puts in place of teeth.Teach the dentist and assistant to change gloves after each client. At least.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff are very accommodating and professional. I had my wisdom tooth removed 2 days ago. I was very nervous but the doctor and her assistant assure me all throughout the procedure to lessen my nervousness. They’re very nice and I love how they put extra care even after the procedure. This was my first visit and fantastic experience. All staff was so friendly. Doctor Maya dentist did excellent and fast job for my teeth. I was quite impressed with the treatment it went so smooth.

The center is not qualified and the doctors there have no experience. I asked for an insurance bill from the reception, and every day they promised me and did not send it, and the last thing they sent it was for the wrong amount. For your information, the patient is asked while he is with them to rate the center 5 stars on Google in front of them and before leaving..

Pleasant experience started with Esraa who patiently politely heard my concerns and queries and gave me a prompt apt with Dr Carlos. She was so reassuring and calming on the phone and the same demeanor continued when I visited the clinic today. I am anxious and terribly nervous at dentists. Dr Carlos is truly an experienced , expert endodontist who was very compassionate too. He explained the root canal process, took 3D scan to ensure everything was fine as mine was a trauma injury and in 1 hour he had completed my pain free root canal surgery.His assistant nurse was also very reassuring and kind. In 32 years in dubai I have never come across a more compassionate, professional and fabulous doctor. Huge Thank you to Dr Carlos, his nurse and Esraa for making what I thought would be a petrifying experience into a good experience.

Like many, I'm not a fan of the dentist however Natalie made me feel at ease and very comfortable the whole way through the cleaning process. She was thorough and professional and I would highly recommend!

We had a terrible experience with a pediatrician dentist at this office. Dr. C saw our 5-year-old daughter for several appointments, and it was a complete disaster each time. During the first consultation, we were charged 400 dirhams for a simple chat with no X-rays or treatment. We asked if any treatment could be done that day, but we were told we needed to book another appointment. During the second appointment, our daughter was scared of the tools, but instead of reassuring her, I was shocked to see the dentist screaming at my daughter « don’t touch my hand! » before adding « we can do it the easy way or the hard way, you choose!». Our daughter was crying, and needless to say, traumatized. This second consultation was cut short, and we were asked to pay 800 dirhams at reception without any explanation as to what kind of treatment we were charged for. When we enquired, we were told that two teeth had been treated, but actually, not even one tooth was properly done. They eventually reduced the price, but we were still charged an exorbitant amount of 1200 dirhams for fluoride treatment on three teeth on the third appointment. To make matters worse, our daughter complained of severe pain in one of the supposedly treated teeth after a few appointments, and we have been advised to see another dentist in the same office, but he was not a pediatric dentist and advised us to book another appointment with Dr. C. within 2-3 days. This seemed like an ambush as we were charged another 400 dirhams for the 10-minute consultation, and it was yet another mistake on their side when we asked about the charges. We tried to book an emergency appointment with Dr. C. again, but it was a hard time getting an appointment, and we had to insist. When we finally got an appointment, we were given a 20-minute slot, and Dr. C. put a temporary filling and asked us to come back later for a full treatment, yet again. Dr. C. was rushing through the appointment as always, and we were told to pay another 400 dirhams for this consultation. In summary, we certainly do not recommend Dr. C's services, especially for children. The whole experience was a nightmare, and we were eventually forced to seek professional assistance elsewhere. Dr. C's lack of care, empathy, and professionalism should not be tolerated, and we urge others to stay away from this office if they value their money, time, and child's well-being.

I explained this to April, the receptionist, who recommended I see Dr. Amir as he’s really good with nervous patients. She was not wrong! Dr. Amir was kind, patient and gentle, ensuring he carefully explained the treatment plan, and making sure I was calm and comfortable every step of the way.
