Best Community health centres in United Arab Emirates

We have been waiting 2 hours for vaccine and they are letting other patients in who registered late after us even though we came in earlier. This is so unfair and rude!!

Don’t go there if you are not a local…
no queue, no arrival order… only locals have priority.. you can wait for 3h and a local comes and served first… a pity!
Only a ‘light’ is there through the security guys that are spotless behaviour.. thanks to them.

Dr Shashi Kanth Gupta - Specialist Pediatrics is a very kind and compassionate Doctor. He is extremely gentle and patient with children. He listens to the parents very attentively and allows enough time to discuss everything.

I was disappointed on how they misguided me during my visit in the center. It was a bad experience to be honest, it made me feel hopeful during visits but left me hopeless afterwards. My point is, they given a friend of mine with ease, he was not licensed, no titer showned, paid via cash with just one visit. While I had to book and recheck with them hoping to have same service he got. It was upsetting. They instructed me to have titer done as I did for reference if vaccine should be given. I requested if they can issue me a certificate instead, apparently it did not go through and the Nurse (Ly**tt*) neither checked my report just asked how was the result of it. Fair and square at least. It would have been nicer if you asked the doctor if it is possible to issue a certificate for I might not need a Vaccine though.

My husband had flu simptoms,i made an appointment,so we dont have to wait as my husband was not feeling well,but still they kept us waiting for oven an hour to see a doctor , at last we left to other hospital , and there thanks God it went fast and smooth.

Had a terrible experience yesterday for my baby’s vaccine at the center. I had an appointment for 140 and I was there with my baby around 1:30 PM. I kept waiting for my turn, but I could only see that those people who came later me have finished their vaccine and doctors appointment. Doubting this I checked with the Sister and the nurse said that I am booked under walking and we cannot accept you and listen until we finish all the appointments. I waited until one hour just to know about this I said to the sister that I have appointment and I am not sure what are you talking about? She said OK it might be systematic. I went to the station counter and spoke with the person. The lady who booked for me was not available so I had to talk with some other person. He said that there has been some system issue that you have been booked under walkin and not as appointment that is why you had to wait. My baby was already so much frustrated that there is not even a feeding room to feed her. She was also very sleepy and hungry at the same time and started screaming . I wasted one and half hour only for waiting and then around 3:15 I got my injection done for the baby. Really really disappointed from such a reputed SEHA Centre. Never coming there again, thank you.

The only downside i would say it is finding a parking space.

The worst experience ever with one of the licensed doctors by your authority
Zuhair Sikafi the most incompetent medical practitioner in Dubai. My mother faced almost death due to his careless and inexperience. The dhcc should cancel his license and expel him from the emirate. This doctor is located in Mediclinic City Hospital unfortunately and we had to trust him as he is the only available at the time. For the sake of safety and health of your patient avoid going for consultation with this individual that lack experience and required skill.
People’s life is not a joke.

To top it all, every visit at the clinic was made super easy and hassle free by its competent staff, specially nurse. Many thanks to the doctor and her staff 🙏.

Good service, people at entrance welcome you check for the reason for your visit and guide you to the right department. The people here are so friendly and helpful. SEHA office staff are knowledgeable. And they have waiting area for people who are assisting the visitor. Also there is a caffeiteria if you need any thing to eat. Only definitely for people using bus is it is little inside from the bus stop. Over all I liked the service and hospitality.

It's a work place, with many companies having their offices. The place is clean and good.

I had a consultation at the Amsa clinic with Doctor Babu. He was very thorough, patient and his nurses are very experienced!
