Kindly teach your staff how to treat with the customers and behaviors. and check the payment machine is working or not working. when I reach for the payment there are calling liked rugged and misbehavior talk like nobody want to come here like this.

Had one of the worst experiences in this parking. Staff’s name was Zeeshan who misbehaved alot and was very rude. He spoke to me in a very bad and disrespectful way. I would like to ask the management to please speak to their staff to treat the customer well.
After i showed him my receipt, he said that he will not give back my receipts. Upon asking him why does he need to keep my stamped receipts he clearly misbehaved and rudely said to me to pay 20dhs and go from here in front of others. Then upon asking him to talk nicely he showed more anger and kept saying he is not working for me, he can do what ever he wants to, and that i cant do anything to him even if i complain to green parking management . I was humiliated by your staff Zeeshan in front of others. Really sad to see this kind of service is being provided to the customers in such a nice place.

Expensive, outside parking fee is 2 dirham per hour

The concept of walking to the booth to validate parking is a little inconvenient. Nonetheless great staff and very helpful.

Valet parking is available in DHCC and the normal as well they are charging 20 aed per hour and for valet parking the charges are different.

Convenient parking under the Al Razi building, there's always plenty of space. The only annoying thing is that you can only pay by cash. Would be great if they can offer more payment options such as text messages, an online account, or credit card just like RTA.

I had a very bad experience today in the car park. I was 1.5 minutes over the time for the 3rd hour and they wanted to charge me for the whole hour! I asked them to be flexible because its 1 minute but they refused. I had received 2 hours free parking because we dined at a restaurant. They didn't want to listen and the team were rude blaming me that people were queuing behind because of me.

Good sized underground paid parking for all DHCC buildings. It is shaded and conveniently connects to the buildings.

To be honest , one of the worst parking providers and the sad fact is that they are coming up everywhere ...with regards to cleanliness it’s done by the municipality . Now you get free parking when visiting the restaurants In the area when you come to claim it they charge you 20 dhs. Something I find really funny and when you ask the operator he says that’s for the other green parking block which is one block away in the same majaz water front . Simple things like this make people avoid even eating in the restaurants at the majaz water front

Didn't get correct service from here. Had to give the vehicle to authorised Honda service centre again after a week to rectify the defect

Adnan and his team were great. did a fabulous repair job on my daughter's Nissan Exterra which has been side-smashed by a lorry and the side mirror taken off. good as new. Will definitely use them when needed.
