its a good company but because of nonsense behavior of receptionist she is spoiling the business of the company . she speaks to people without respect
if we are calling to offer the services they can tell us that they are not interested rather than behaving like unprofessional
first they should train this receptionist to greet the people with manners and they should train how to speak on the call also they should teach her the professionalism as she is working to a corporate sector
