We are regular customers and we always get the best of service except for today when we came around 3:30PM. Although my son was waiting first, the cashier Akhaber served another customer ! He was greeting everyone with hello sir and except for my son with Yes! He didn’t even ask my son about the size the drink. Such a rude staff and made our visit bad this time for the first time.
The place is cool beautiful ambience. Also the staff they are all friendly and the food is so fantastic. The cakes I like the cheesecake really better than the cheese cake factory 😅 I really like the cheesecake it’s so really really nice .

Cocosome Cafe truly exceeded all expectations with its cozy ambiance, delicious food, and exceptional service provided by Mr. Suman. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff and seated at a comfortable table.
The cafe had a charming decor with a relaxed atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from hearty breakfast choices to indulgent desserts. We decided to try their signature dishes, and we were not disappointed.

The worse cafeteria i have ever seen , i have ordered sandwiches and when it arrives they ask for cash payment and if you want to buy by card you need to request and by the way the delivery has the CC machine to collect the payment and not agree to take , unfortunately bad service when also they have taken the food back and rod customer service.
A place where you don't have to take a queue and just simply enjoy your coffee and "ME time". I like their chairs, very comfortable 😀

My anticipation was met with dismay as the sandwich, purportedly a hallmark of their menu, arrived devoid of the promised grilled or toasted qualities, accompanied by an unappealing chill. Furthermore, despite my explicit request for a spicy dish, the meal presented was sadly lacking in any discernible flavor profile, rendering it disappointingly bland. This unfortunate deviation from culinary expectations leaves much to be desired in terms of both taste and execution. As a connoisseur of fine dining experiences, I am compelled to express my sincere disappointment in the subpar offerings presented at Strawberry corner muraqqabbat branch
Hi!! this is Sheikh Salahuddin, I have Attibassi coffee branch from 2017 to 2020 unfortunately we close that branch Mr. Costa took our machines in 2023 and didn’t paid yet he was promised that he will pay after he took machines he didn’t reply. He is a big cheater and hope he will doing the same scams to other branch holders.

I’ve experienced the worst behaviour from a waiter of this cafe. Cafe is a service which provides not only food but also good behaviour to every customers. Me and my boyfriend had a lot of shopping and set there for 5 minutes, we were about to order a bottle of water and then a waiter came(maybe it was their closing time) and he was literally ordering me to put my empty packet in the dustbin. I was about to throw away my trash then he started shouting and started showing his finger.. As a tourist I never expected this behaviour from someone and he can shout or showing finger to me or any tourist. (I have his picture on my phone) And a place like DUBAI MALL! Never expected..💔

I’m a loyal customer of Tim Hortons and the frozen French vanilla is my favorite. However when I visited the branch in DAFZA I was extremely disappointed as the French vanilla tasted different. When I questioned the person serving there, he tried justifying saying everything was ok with the drink. But when I told him that I know the taste of the drink and I have been having it for quite a long time. He got caught off guard and started saying that the milk wasn’t available and the machine wasn’t working. I don’t recommend anyone visiting this branch.

Our go-to place for instant yummy shawarma and grilled chicken. Whenever we crave for a grilled chicken, this is the best and nearest restaurant available.

I normally stop by this cafe for a special coffee which is hard to find anywhere else . This time it was after many months and I was very excited to have it . It’s illy crema which is iced and you normally eat it with a spoon because it’s so thick.

If you are a real coffee drinker likes the Espresso and the Americano then you should try illy at Dubai mall.
One of the best shawarma and karak chai especially the cheesy shawarma, great selection of food. However I have tried their chicken pepper charcoal and I haven't like it..
Small issue but big bad experience for me i order shawarma i told them 1pc only and he deduct 21 dhs for 3pcs but im being nice so i let it go and politely ask to make it 1 pc then i order 2 chai 20mins still not coming i keep asking the waiters they keep ignoring me i know they are busy but atleast communicate to me that my order will be ready its only small meal for a take away i will never like this branch ever again bad service experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 this branch al rigga murraqabat
I just wanna share my terrible experience I bought a shawarma today and it taste fish sauce I called the waitress and tell it taste fish and even u can smell it. The waitress just said it's becoz of the garlic, dahh how's the garlic smell fish sauce?! Even if u pay via card they will charge extra fills which is not include in the reciept. Not really Good though.

A nice cafe in the Dubai Mall, this is a small cafe but the seating is in the middle of the mall aisle. You can order at the counter and your food and drink will be brought to your table. The cappuccino is nice and are presented in the signature Illy cups with the small handles. The service is very good and the staff are friendly. Illy is a company that is known for it's high quality coffee and service. The blueberry muffin is tasty. You can purchase whole bean and ground coffee to take away and some of their merchandise. If you don't mind spending a bit more money on quality coffee this is one of the places to come - Highly Recommend!

Had the most disappointing experience at Attibassi Coffee. Cold coffee served in a mug without a straw, resulting in a messy, leaking disaster. No trays provided, making the ordeal of carrying multiple items a balancing act. To add to the chaos, the confusion with the bill and order left me utterly frustrated. Not deserving even 1 star at all!!!! Been a fan of tim hortons since then but today i experienced the worst customer service of the staff named Nabin , I ordered for take away and requested to cover it to avoid spilling the coffee’s he insisted to me that he will not cover it as its only for delivery and he pack the coffee’s and donuts and told me as easy as this, What??? Where’s the respect to the customer???? Customer will never comeback if the attitude of your staff is like that.

We had coffees in here, it is a nice cafe place if you need a quiet spot to discuss work or if you prefer quiet places. The coffee was tasty the price is reasonable and similar to other places. Staff are friendly and attentive. Attaching pictures for reference.
This is the best tasting most Italian coffee I have had in Dubai this past year and I would know because one of my businesses is an Italian coffee roaster.
This review is only for the coffee which was amazing. We had an Americano and iced latte. The coffee is really rich, aromatic and delicious! The service was good too, the staff was very friendly.
Located in the European Business Centee building in DIP near to the Metro stop Attibassi is my favorite location to pick up a healthy smoothie.
As this is located in an office building , especially in the weekend it will be difficult to find parking underground or around the building. However if you are taking the metro and feel like a coffee or snack or smoothie, it is only a couple of steps away.
Lovely setting to be honest knowing that they have only a corridor to place seating area. Very comfortable and clean.

Not only was Al John incredibly friendly, but he was also very knowledgeable about the different coffee blends and was happy to make recommendations based on my preferences.
When it came time to make my coffee, Al John was a true artist. He carefully measured out the perfect amount of coffee and water and expertly brewed my drink to perfection. The result was a rich, smooth, and flavorful coffee that was exactly what I was hoping for.
Overall, I have to say that Al John's service and coffee-making skills were exceptional. I left Tim Hortons feeling happy, satisfied, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend Al John to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and outstanding service.

Cocosome - Located inside the Burjuman Mall near the Amer service, this cafe has a graceful and an elegant ambience. And yes, it serves more than coffee and brownies; they have a wide selection of food for breakfast or meals. Good service. ✅🤗

I order Flat white with Almond Blueberry Tea Cake, I really like the coffee test and Almond cake, I am enjoying, Modern Style, Nice seat and comfortable, you can feel they work together to give best experience in the Cafes industry.

Good food and a cafe that has lots of selection on the menu, but it took soo long to get our order.
I really liked the açai bowl but it there were not enough toppings (especially granola could've been more generous). Salad was OK but missed some good dressing. Potatoes were a little hard. Out of all the items we tried, I would come back for the açai berry bowl.

As a filipino i will recommend this to all kabayan out there. I tried the sizzling beef sisig, mami and lee blue mojito. I really liked it. Same taste like in the philippines.

Attibassi never fails you when you are after a quality coffee, i really love their espresso macchiato it's mildly bitter with a touch of sweetness in it and far from being acidic.

@lichy.cafe is a hidden foodie gem deep inside Deira waiting to be discovered. The father son duo that run this small café serve delicious street food from Bombay, predominantly from the Bohri community.
Right from the must order Bohri dishes like bun kebabs to the mutton cutlets, chicken stick and mutton samosas to the street food staples vada pao and bread pakoras, each and every food item is delicious. Their Indian sweets are prepared using traditional family recipes and are a must try as well.
@lichy.cafe also does custom catering for large orders at a very reasonable pricing. Everything is freshly prepared and will definitely leave you wanting more. I'm a fan of the food at this fabulous café.

We had ordered french vanilla. It wasn’t great. Tasted like any vanilla flavored drink. The serving was great. I had this from etisalat smiles app. Buy one get one free. They have friendly staff. Good ambiance. And clean too
